Below is the breakdown of the organizational structure of the church leadership team. It is important to note that since 2015, all current leadership positions in the church have been appointed by Isaac Noriega. This is significant because church-wide elections were suspended at that time due to Noriega's belief that the church is governed by a "theocracy" (conveniently he acts as God's representative). This is despite legal documents listing the church as a "religious association acting through its duly elected trustees and Isaac Noriega as its founding pastor and Matthew J Noriega as associate pastor".
